Campaign Management & Deliverables

Collabrix manages communication, strategy, and campaign workflows between creators and brands.

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as:

• Creator unavailability

• Brand approval delays

• Technical issues or platform downtime

All final content approvals are the brand’s responsibility.

Payment Terms

• certain services may require advance payment.

• Prices may change depending on project scope or service upgrades.

• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy (available upon request).

Creators will receive payment as agreed, once deliverables are completed and approved.

Data Protection & Security

We use industry-standard security to protect your personal data.
However, no online platform is 100% secure — users should take their own precautions.

User Content & Intellectual Property

• Any ideas, suggestions, or feedback you share with Collabrix may be used to improve our services.

• Creators retain rights to their original content unless otherwise agreed in a contract.

• Brands receive content usage rights based on the agreement made for each campaign.

Third-Party Platforms

Collabrix may link to platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and payment gateways.
We are not responsible for policies, downtime, or issues caused by third-party platforms.

Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated

• Fraudulent activity is detected

• Harmful content is shared

• Collaboration rules are broken

All licenses or access granted to you will end immediately upon termination.

• Creator or brand disputes

• Any damages resulting from campaign performance

Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, following the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 where applicable.
